Travis and Iris had a bad fight one night, Travis was popped to the gills and threw a small electric fan at her. Fortunately it was still plugged in and the cord jerked it to a halt inches from Iris' face. The next morning Travis signed onto a boat that was going to San Francisco via the Aleutian Islands. It was going to be a three month trip but Travis thought he could use the time to get his head out the beehive.
